Powerama Customs offers automotive-themed merchandise, apparel, accessories, event registration, and related services (the "Products"). We also operate custom automotive exhibitions and shows ("Events"), for which participants and vendors can register online.

All Products and Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications of any Product or Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

When you purchase a Product or register for an Event, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information. Payments must be made through the payment gateways offered on our Site. Powerama Customs is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to currency conversions, banking fees, or third-party service charges.

Failure to provide accurate billing information or fraudulently using a payment method may result in cancellation of your order or legal action.

5. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, though this may vary based on inventory availability and shipping destination.

Event registration confirmations will be delivered via email after payment is processed. Please ensure your email address is correct. We are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect contact details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Powerama Customs uses third-party carriers for delivery. Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (weather, customs delays, carrier backlogs, etc.).

You agree that delivery dates are not guaranteed and that we are not liable for any delays or damages resulting from the shipment process.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

7. Returns and Refunds

Products: We offer a 14-day return window for most items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Certain items such as limited-edition merchandise, clearance products, or custom orders may be marked "final sale" and are non-returnable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Events: Event registration fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the event of cancellation by Powerama Customs or under extenuating circumstances evaluated at our sole discretion.
